We store analytics data securely on AWS servers located in Ireland (EU). Data may be accessed by authorized personnel in the United Kingdom for operational and analytical purposes. All access is governed by strict internal security protocols and complies with applicable data protection laws.

10. Third-Party Services

We do not use Google Analytics. All analytics data is collected and processed using our internal tools. Steam may collect its own analytics data independent of ImmersiX. Please refer to Steam’s Privacy Policy for more information on how Valve Corporation processes user data.

11. Data Sharing Within Our Group

We may share analytics data collected through ImmersiX with other companies within our corporate group (our “affiliates”) where necessary for legitimate internal business purposes, such as app performance monitoring, troubleshooting, or product development.
